Managing your profile, password, and security settings.

Updating your profile

Go to Settings

In the Dropzon app, tap the menu and go to Settings.

Edit your information

You can update your full name, email address, and preferred currency.

Save changes

Tap Save. Your profile is updated immediately.

Note: Your phone number is your primary identifier and cannot be changed from settings. Contact support if you need to change your phone number.

Changing your password

Go to Settings

Open Settings in the app.

Enter current password

Type your current password for verification.

Enter new password

Choose a new password (minimum 6 characters). Enter it twice to confirm.

Save

Tap Change Password. You will be logged out of other sessions.

Phone and email verification

Verification helps secure your account and is required for some features:

Phone verification

Your phone number is verified during account creation via OTP. This is your primary identifier for the platform.

Email verification

Adding and verifying an email address is optional but recommended. It gives you an alternative way to recover your account and receive important notifications.

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security. When enabled, you will need to enter a code from your phone in addition to your password when logging in.

To enable 2FA, go to Settings and look for the Security section. Follow the prompts to set up SMS-based or app-based two-factor authentication.

Deleting your account

Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before deleting your account, make sure to:

  • Collect all pending packages from your Dropzon(s)
  • Cancel all active subscriptions (your spots will go through the grace period)
  • Withdraw any pending earnings (for Droppers and Agents)

To delete your account, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account". You will be asked to confirm with your password.

Frequently asked questions

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter your phone number and you will receive an OTP to verify your identity, then you can set a new password.
Can I change my phone number?
Your phone number is your primary identifier. To change it, contact support at hello@dropzon.app with verification of your identity.
Is my personal data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What happens to my DZ Address if I delete my account?
All your DZ Addresses will go through the normal expiry process (grace period then vacancy). Any packages at your Dropzon will need to be collected before deletion.
