How pricing works
Country
Default pricing for an entire country. This is the base rate.
City
Cities can have custom pricing that overrides the country rate.
Municipality
Districts or municipalities can have their own pricing within a city.
Dropzon
Individual Dropzon locations can set their own plan pricing.
The system resolves pricing from the most specific scope first. If a Dropzon has custom pricing, that is used. Otherwise it falls back to municipality, then city, then country.
