Receiving Packages
How packages arrive at your Dropzon and how to collect them.
How package delivery works
When someone sends a package to your DZ Address, here is what happens:
Package is addressed to your DZ#
The sender uses your DZ# code (e.g. DZ#1000-03) as part of your delivery address.
Package arrives at your Dropzon
The courier or logistics company delivers the package to the Dropzon location linked to your DZ# code.
Operator receives and logs it
The Dropzon operator scans and logs the package into the system. You get a notification that a package is waiting for you.
You pick up or request delivery
Walk to your Dropzon to pick it up, or request a Dropper to deliver it to your door.
Picking up your package
When you arrive at your Dropzon to pick up a package, you need to verify your identity. There are three ways:
DZ# Code
Tell the operator your DZ# code and they will look up your packages.
QR Code
Show your QR code from the Dropzon app. The operator scans it to verify you.
OTP
Request a one-time code via SMS and share it with the operator for verification.
Once verified, the operator hands over your package and marks it as collected in the system. You will see the status update in your app.
Requesting Dropper delivery to your door
Open your package in the app
Go to your packages list and tap on the package you want delivered.
Tap "Request Dropper Delivery"
Choose the delivery option. You will see the estimated cost and delivery time.
A Dropper picks it up
A nearby online Dropper accepts the request, goes to your Dropzon, picks up your package, and heads to you.
Face-to-face handover
The Dropper delivers the package to your door. You verify and accept the delivery in the app.
